Christophe Edwards and Andrew Webb have recently discovered this important piece of British Design, the 'Adam and Eve' table by Vanessa Bell.  This missing masterpiece depicts the Adam and Eve scene from her 1913 gouache, oil and pencil design for a bed headboard. The table displays Bell's distinct talent for making oils appear as water-colour. The subject matter remains steadfastly 'Omega' with Adam representing Duncan Grant and Eve representing Vanessa Bell.
